Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing DS Sports Massage Therapy. Please read the following booking policy carefully before your appointment. Appointments & Bookings All sessions must be booked in advance. New clients are required to book an Initial Consultation & First Treatment before any follow-up appointments. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. Appointments are for clients aged 18+. Under-18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, with written consent provided. Arrival & Timing Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, but the full fee still applies to avoid delays for other clients. Cancellations & Changes We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% fee • No-shows: Full session fee applies To change your booking, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly. Payment Payments can be made online during booking or by card/cash at your appointment. Intro offers must be paid at time of booking. Offers and discounts are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Health & Medical Conditions Please inform us of any injuries, health issues or recent surgeries before your appointment. Some conditions may require GP approval. If you are unwell (e.g. fever, flu, contagious illness), please reschedule for the safety of all clients. Consultation & Aftercare Your first session includes an assessment, treatment plan, and aftercare advice. Follow-up sessions may include recommended exercises or lifestyle guidance to support your recovery and wellbeing. Hygiene & Safety We maintain high standards of hygiene. All equipment and linens are sanitised and changed between clients. Please arrive clean and dressed appropriately for your treatment. Right to Refuse Treatment We reserve the right to refuse or end a session if a client is intoxicated, inappropriate, or poses a risk. In rare cases (e.g. therapist illness), we may reschedule your session and offer the next available time.
